Yr father an wear full length stretchable (elastic) stocking from his hip to ankle n can take tab. Daflon 500 mgm twice day or 1000 mgm / day after meals. if not find any relief can consult a general or vascular surgeon.Ask him not to stand for long time n while sleeping should raise his feet end.
