Regarding tetnas injection

I had a cut from rusty nail 2 days back, took a tetnaus injection yesterday but today the injection site is swelled up like liquid of tetnaus is collected in skin. I have attached photos, kindly guide what to do

It's injection site reaction. Take Tablet Avil 25 mg (single dose). Also apply Icepack as other doctors have suggested.
