Regarding tablet and symptoms

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am using thyroxine sodium tablet for the past 5 years...but for the past 6 mnths i haven't took my tablet...i have stopped my tablet...now i am feeling congested in my neck while lying... another thing is i have bought new bottle of capsule...even though the bottle is sealed but inside one tablet is broken...is it safe to consume that or i should change ??
