Regarding sonogaphy
My wife completed 3 month fregancy today , before 20 day we have do sonogaphy, now doctor suggest another sonogaphy today including NT Scan +Double Marker. Is it mandatory?

This is done to rule out any anomaly early in first trimester.otherwise second anomaly scan is done at 18 to 20 wks.
