Regarding pulse rate

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a question I feel palpitations pulse rate varitae like 80 bpm than in next second 85 than in next second 87 than 85 than 90 than 95 it changing every second than ok in two minutes this happens two months before also ,before that I have palpitations above 100 bpm ecg always show sinus tachycardia so what is this even one day my pulse rate increase 160 it show sinus tachycardia is this artial fiblaration slow i have read on net I am very concern about this
