Cephalic just means head is down (normal), you can go into labour 1-2 weeks +/- from your EDD

mostly now baby's position won't change. ..you have to wait for 1month more for spontaneous labour pain till 40wk it can come anytime ...just relax and wait.   keep in touch with your doctor weekly.

Presentation in simple tetms means the part which will be delivered first Cephalic presentation does not mean that labour will happen soon
