Regarding period problm

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello mam Mam mera last period 13 sep hua tha and iss month Abhi (20 October )tk period nhi aaya h main 2 Baar home pregnancy test Kar liya h. But usme negative aaaya hai both times. Nd Maine blood hcg test b karya h uska range 1.20 aaya hai. Mam thn is it possible that pregnancy is there. Or y my period is not coming I hv already a 1.11 months baby.
