Regarding nasal obstruction
Hi sir
I went partial turbinectomy 1 yr back for hypertrophied turbinates and sinusitis. But the nasal obstruction has not subsided and there is lot of crusting even now. Iam afraid i might have got atrophic rhinitis. And i also have pharyngitis problem and sore throat also . Iam suffering from this alot please help me. I feel like a sort of bad breath through my nose.

You have atrophic symptoms
Do nasal washing three times daily
Once need to examine. Then only it's better to suggest further
