Kindly take ur cat to a vet asap as I guess tht fluid is accumulated in his stomach which needs to b drained out and even his blood tests need to be done especially liver function and kidney function tests.

Is ur pet respiration is normal? If it's abnormal take near a vet don't wait.Age of ur pet ? Deworming has been done if it's not done.what did u feed ur pet is also important. I feel it might be due to indigestion. So u can go with digyton syrup 2ml twice can be given. Please visit ur vet as may need further investigation.
