Regarding metabolism disorder. To do?

Actually my mother had pscychology issue past 3 years ago so we went to a dr. and consulted after mri scan in brain tge dr. said that my mother is suffering from METABOLIS DISORDER IN BRAIN he told us to take treatment for couple of month and he prescribed few drugs and it was like sleeping pills so all the time she use to even this was said by the dr. before but we was not able to continue the treatment. Bcz my mother was not co operating bcz she had to take care my younger brother and sister. Sir the issue y we went to the doctor was bcz she was like not beliving anyone even my father and others also. And always loosing some money r jewels while woring r kept in almirah r she will keep somewhere forget the place and blame us r others that they robbed those things. And this often happens. Plz suggest us what to do?
