Regarding medcine
I have to take 20mg nexito but I had taken 60 mg by mistake please suggest me what to do. It's urgent. I take quetiapine 300mg and larpose 2mg.

Skip Nexito for 1-2 days..
Stop larpose 2mg gradually as it will cause dependence..
Further,detailed assessment is needed to judge whether you require both Nexito and Quietiapine or Nexito alone will work.
Consult any Psychiatrist directly or online.
