Regarding Lipid Profile
My Triglycercides level are 230 and HDL is 30...Total Chol/HDL is 6.3...Vitamin B12 150...Vitamin D 17....i am having shortness of breath for few day and pain in left hand, back, chest, neck...ECG, Echo, stress tests are normal...Doctor advised me to take lipicard 160 , Subneuro B6 for 3 months and Uprise D3 once in a week(8 tablets)...is lipicard 160 has any side effects as my friend said it can control by diet..

U dont need any medicine ...by the way what is LDL level ?
Exercise ...wt reduction ...less oil ..
