Regarding joint pains

Hello, As I see my elders suffering from joints pain and gap in knees/ grease reduce in joints in old age. I want to ask how is it that we can maintain grease in our joints so that we can avoid this problems in old age.

Its very common that we suffer from these type of changes in our older life. U can overcome these problem by maintaining a healthy life like have maintain body weight according to your age. Drink antioxidant juices for blood purification . Ingage in one physical activity like running cycling ,badminton,long tennis or yoga,etc games like that. Take milk ad vitamin from vegetable juices. Avoid long standing ad cross leg sitting. If possible try to take see food direct or indirectly through supplements ad lastly take appropriate quantity of water.
