  4. Regarding glandular TB. This happening?

Regarding glandular TB
My brother aged 14 years had guilty , when we understook the test glandular TB was disclosed . The doctors have suggested him category 1 anti TB medicine but the the day he takes the medicine the same day in the second half he suffers from high fever and there day when he is not supposed to take the anti TB drugs , he is just fine and does not suffer from fever . Could you tell me why is this happening ??

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  How much is the fever? Please record temperature. Also at start of treatment they may have slight temperature persistence due to underlying disease.
