Hello Usually symptoms of GERD will take for about 10-14 days for the symptoms to improve. You can increase the dose of the tablet dose to twice daily for 10 days if symptoms are persisting. You should also follow life style changes like - small frequent meals, avoiding excess spices and sleeping soon after food intake.
