My query is my frame width for specs is 132 mm but is it fine to buy specs of 133 mm or 134 mm?

Frames are quite flexible these days and comfortable fit can only be judged by you. As long as the lenses are centred and you do not have any discomfort it is fine! Cosmetic appearance is also your choice.
