If a female is unable to conceive..can anyone suggest what all test or ultrasound are required for male and female as a very basic step before visiting specialist doctors

Hello, As a basic start to find out the reason , the male should undergo human semen analysis and a female should atleast start charting her basal body temperature. Based on the chart, we can decide on how to proceed.
