Regarding efficacy
Recently becoz of libido issues with pexep and rexipra. Doctor switched to vilano and bupropion. I dont get libido issues with that but it doesnt seem to work for my anxiety and depression as pexep or rexipra did. It makes me more agitated, angry etc. Kindly suggest what should be done.

Vilazodone has no sexual side effects and bupropion will help to reduce antidepressants induced sexual side effects .
