Respected madam or sir plz tell me im 6 feet tall guy last 3 months my weight was 108 kg and by doing brisk walking .running and zyming diet changing I lost my weight now my weight is 87 kg everyday in Evening I continuesly run 25 min without any single break ..Zyming 1 hours after running and everyday completed 9000 steps . plz tell me how much consuming dry fruits in a mornings is enough . in dryfruits .anjeer .almonds nd pistachio everyday in empty stomach im taking in dry fruits like 1 soaked anjeer .2 almonds nd 4 pistachio is good for maintaning healthy heart nd blood pressure and green. Mong sprouts too can we eat all together in an empty stomach and bf toned milk with oats with litle honey nd after breakfast green tea and later 30 min taking beetroot carrot mix juice can we drink beetroot juice everyday
Benifit of eating dry fruits like anjeer almonds. And pistachio benefit of eating india gate basmati brown rice and boil vegetables and multigrain atta plz check ratio
