Regarding dressing of wound

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir /ma'am I had fistulectomy of anal fitsula, there is wound of 3 cm . Dr has advised me with dressing at home with povidine iodine. I want to ask which one should I use? 5%w/v Povidine iodine or 10% w/v Povidine for dressing. Pls guide which will be better for faster wound healing?
