Regarding dose of tablet

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am pooja and 3 months completed pregnant , I did visited goverment hospital for routine check before one month , they given to me ferrous sulphate/folic acid tablet , after some days means recently visited private gynecologist for routine chek up ,after check up she suggested me Ruchar CR and daily calcium with depura 60 k liquid , my question is can I will take ferrous sulphate/folic acid tablet in place of Richar CR , are both equivalent or not , what yoy will suggest . Help me.
