Regarding dizziness in the morning
I slept at night at 2am in front of a fast stand fan and then in the morning around 7 am i started feeling cold so i switched off the stand fan and then switched on the ceiling fan. I covered myself with thin blanket but even after that i was feeling cold and was shivering a little. And when I got up for the toilet and after returning from the washroom I suddenly felt dizziness and was about to fall so i stucked to the bed and drank electoral powder but then suddenly I vomitted. Now i have 99 fever and my lower part of legs are paining and feeling headache and weakness also. Please guide me what can be the reason and what should I do. Thank you
