Such size stone should not affect in pregnancy as long as you are not symptomatic due to that stone. Still would suggest very bland diet if you conceive to avoid further complications since during pregnancy liver enzymes gets derranged quite often. Also post pregnancy there is increased tendency of gb stones. So look out for your diet
