My BP is 150/90 even with low sodium and exercise and my fat level is also low what is the reason I have undergone various test ECG Rbc profile DLC I have swelling in left part of neck on two points what should I do Plz tell

In young patient such high blood pressure should be thoroughly investigated. Do following tests and consult. 1. Ultrasound whole abdomen 2. Renal function test 3. 2D Echo (If available nearby) Hope this helps Regards Dr. Kshitij Singh
