Hi, Can you please tell me what is the correct way of taking femilion. Do I have take from the 7th day of my periods or from the 1st day of my period. Please confirm on the same. Thanks

Hiiii It should be started on 1st day of the Menstruation. Take only one tablet at a time and try to take same time each day and don't take more than one tablet in 24 hours unless you missed one. Preferably should be taken at night (easy to remember). 2ndly for the first week , you should be careful for safe sex.
