Regarding:- Baby speaking
Good evening sir/mam,
My daughter is 22 months old but she speak few word like papa,ma , aaira etc,is it normal or can I consult for speech therapist.
Please suggest and guide me,I am worried about my daughter.

If she has normal hearing and her general understanding of everything else is as per her age and her birth history has nothing to suggest any abnormalities you can wait. But talk to the baby more often at home and encourage her to repeat words after you . Keep a diary of the number of words she can speak now and again note every month to see how much vocabulary has increased . If she has any of the things listed above take her to a Pediatrician for developmental assessment and speech therapy if deemed necessary
