Regarding B.P 140/89
My B.P was 130/89 before 26 julay and i have thyride 8.1 so i start taken taken medicine from 26 julay of thyride medicin ,B11 medicine, iron tablet ,per day ,so now my B.P is 140/89 so i have to now that it is due to medicine my B.P increased or some other factor ,and really i should worried and go to physician.
what should i do

I can understand your concern.
Blood pressure changes in the body every minute. It's never constant.
You can start taking less salt in your diet and so start some form of exercise.
You will be fine.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and treatment .
