KIDNEYS - RENAL PELVIS SLIGHTLY DILATED ON RUGHT SIDE ( SFU GRADE - I ) RENAL PELVIS AP DIAMETER MEASURES 3.0-3.5mm,. LEFT KIDNEY NORMAL, BLADDER NORMAL ...
What does this statement actually mean.... please help me reg this ..

Increase in size of right side kidney as well as hydroureter is a normal finding in pregnancy. Its due to uterus pushing on the pelvi-calcyceal system and doesn't mean there is any abnormality.
