  4. Reg spotting. A sign of miscarriage?

My LMP to was 24may...I found positive for pregnancy on June 29.. from July 1st I am experiencing slight spotting...I have done through scanning also the g sac is in uterus only.. yesterday I had periods like bleeding with slight clots.. Is that a sign of miscarriage? Can I wait for 2-3 days to get my periods or shall I consult in clinic... kindly advice me
