Reducing muscles

Due to continuous riding on a mountain bike during my growth spurts..the outer thigh muscles developed more causing valgus knee ..so suggest some ways to develop inner thigh muscle and reduce outer thigh muscles....( have a busy daily routine)

you have to do regular quadriceps strengthening with weights , consult physiotherapist he will train you better muscle strength
