Reduced blood flow.
I have been exercising for last 5 months for weight loss. My height is 5 ft 2 in. And weight is 65.5 kg. When I had started exercising I was 69 kg, then I reduced 5kg and I met an accidented due to which I couldn't exercise for a month. And gained 4 kg. Now I have lost 2.5 kg, but my blood flow during periods is reduced for past 3 months, in spite of having regular periods. Kindly let me know if my exercising is the reason behind this ? If yes, what shall I prefer doing for the weight and inch loss. I mainly do yoga and a lil weight training.

Hi. Strenuous exercises are known to cause irregular menses. Other than that most common cause of irregular menses is hormonal imbalance. You require further investigation, blood tests and sonography. I advise you to consult with your Gynaecologist and get yourself checked and treated.
