I have weight upto 84 kgs
Nd i am vry tensed abt my lower body fat as i feel uncomfortable
I do business so not able to take walk also nd there is no time for running and gym as because of tiredness from business

Always drink lukewarm water .
Take proper sleep at night.
Practice pranayam and yoga exercises daily atleast for half an hour.
