Hi.today while playing cricket, ball hit near the eyebrow and my white eye ball has become a patch red..there is swelling near eyebrow.is it dangerous ? Can i use eyespa drops? Please suggest

Yes it could be dangerous. Immediately consult a qualified Ophthalmologist. A dilated fundus exam has to be done .
