Hello,
This kind of redness, which is recurrent can be due to several causes.
To make it easier for you -
1) if eyes are itching = leave it alone, don't rub your eyes (cause = allergy)
2) if eyes are burning when outdoors or Infront of air-conditioning = leave it alone, blink
3) if eyes stick together in the morning = need to see an ophthalmologist (infection)
If you are seeing blurry or if there is pain in your eyes = you need to see an ophthalmologist (intraocular causes)
