Redness and itching
Doc sometimes the foreskin of my penis feels itchy and when I retract it it's red with itchiness and when I clean it with warm water it disappears the next day and feels normal. What is it? What can I do to prevent from occuring it again? It's more prominent in winters. Thank you.
