I have been suffering from redishness and itching in private part from 3-4 months, have taken some medication from 12 days, applying surfaz-sn ointment from beginning but as soon as I stop applying it situation reverse.
Please guide is this only bacterial infection or some other problem and how long I can apply that cream.?

The most common cause would be fungal infection. And Surfaz Sn is not effective now a days due to resistance. Kindly try one of local azole with one of oral allyl amines.
You do have this skin rashes and itching for about 3 months despite using medications
It may be fungal bacterial or viral
It's difficult to interpret without examination
