Red spots on the body

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have many red spots in the body since 2 days. Sometimes itching also occurs.These spots are on legs ,hands, back side but not on my face and abdomen.I think that it is due to allergy so i taken the 3 dose of anti allergy tablet Allegra 180mg but red spots are still present.Please help me.
