  4. Red spots on glans. Dose of painkillers?

I had been taking painkillers for toothache and headache for 3-4 days. I noticed on 2nd day a small red spot was on glans penis. Next day there were many other. It doesn't hurt, there is no discharge and I don't have itching. Is this due to reaction to those high dose of painkillers?
