Red spots and itching on body
Dear doctor,
My baby is 1.7 years old. 7 days before he started itching alot and due to this he was not sleeping at night and having very little cold symptoms. Doctor told me to apply calosoft lotion and give attarax drop twice a day for 5 days... After that 2-4 days he was normal but from yesterday again started same pls suggest what to do..m very much worried now...pls check pic

Use 5% permethrin ointment whole body below neck for whole night. Give warm water bath and wash bedsheet seperately.

Apply Permethrin 5% lotion over whole body from nape of neck, wash off after 4hours, repeat every 7days. Wash off all wearablr clothes of the child and the family members. Continue Syr Atarax. Please do consult if not getting ok
