Red spot on penis head
6 months ago after having sex with my wife, I washed my penis with scented soap and warm water. After that i went for business tour of 5 days. There in the hotel i masturbated once a day for 4 days. Then after coming back from outstation i notices small several bumps on the penis head. Then I washed my penis with warm water again and applied coconut oil for 2 days. Skin went back to normal. Then after a week after doing sex again i noticed this small red spot on the penis head again. Then I applied candid-b on it for 2 days. It went back to normal again. Now whenever i masturbated or have sex, this red spot appears again and if i dont do anything it disappears on its own. Is it std or just a friction burn? I don't feel any pain on the tip or on head No pain during ejaculation No pain during urination. Mild itching on the spot but nothing much No pain around the penis head or shaft I am attaching two images. One is with the red spot visible And another when the red spot is disappearing.

it looks more like a frictional burn than an infection. blood reports would be needed to be sure. better would be to avoid intercourse for atleast 7 days to allow it to heal completely
Next Steps
