My right eye is red even there is red dot in eye i am attaching photos, eyes are not wattery but there is itching in eyes. I am using TOBA F 3 times a day, can you tell me the problem

Allergic conjunctivitis.. continue TOBA F 3 times for 3 days , 2 times a day for next 3 days and once a day for next 4 days,
Tab Allegra 120 mg at bedtime
Refresh tear eye drop 4 times
