Red rashes on my son's body
I noticed raised red rashes on my son's face in the morning thinking it to be mosquito bites but turns out its on his body too. They resemble hives and it's itching him too.

It's urticarial rash that is allergic rash,child needs to be seen by your pediatrician for examination and treatment
