Red rashes on chests and shoulder

Asked for Male, 25 Years I am having red rashes around my left shoulders since last 3 - 4 days. And those rashes r irritating .. wanna know d reason beshind those rashes?? R they serious? Any medicines or ointment??please help.. i am using CALADRYL lotion on those affected areas(instructed by a pharmacist).is it okay??
