  4. Red Rashes. I have attached photo also.

Red Rashes
My son is 3 months old and now he is having red rashes near eyebrows, neck, stomach, back and slowly it is spreading in legs also, sometimes it seems rashes are reducing and sometimes it seems it's increasing, I am applying atogla cream all over his body. Kindly suggest what should I do to cure his rashes. I have attached photo also.

It might be a contact dermatitis. But I suggest you visit a dermatologist for an opinion. In the meantime, avoid using wollen clothing and preferably use soft cotton clothes.
