Red rashes and swelling under eyes
I recently moved to Bangalore and it's my 5th day, 2 days back I observed some red rashes, slight swelling with burning under my left eye. I thought it's some normal allergy and it will go away in a day, but it's been 2 days it's there, with same burning effect. Kindly help me figure out what should I do, if I need to consult a doctor, then which doctor should I consult. What
