Red pea sized lump inside lower eyelid
I've had this pea sized lump inside my lower right eyelid that's red for over a month and a half, i've done research online and i came up with mainly Chalazion, i'm a 28 year old male and i'm wondering if you can tell me if there are other forms of possibilities it could be and if i should send pictures or consult a doctor irl because i never heard

Most likely it is chalazion but any other pathology can't be ruled out
