Red patchy and itchy eye

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Dear Doctor, Every year in Summers i dont know whether it's due to pollen or what but my eyes becomes too itchy and red specially at lashes and at inside corner. These days due to intense itching i rubbed my eyes aggressively with caused a permanent red patch at one of them. Please help.
