My niece has recently developed red sore kind of patches all over her body. I am not able to describe exactly how it looks hence attaching pic. Please advise what it could be and what medication she can use?

I understand your feeling.
And I also understand your concern towards her.
But this needs more evaluation for her treatment. Take her to a nearby pediatrician for examination and evaluation. Rashes are very common with allergies, insect bites, viral fevers. So need to k.ow the causes of the rash and need to be treated accordingly.
