A big red dry patch on the bottom of his back. It is dry and goes over half of the bottom of his back. He was diagnosed with infantigo on his nose

Hello.. Well it's quite possible that it is a diaper rash...If impetigo as you mention...Hope yu you can meet a pediatrician in person so that we can see it and then give treatment accordingly...Hope yu understand...Thank you
