  4. Red patch in left arm after vaccination.

Red patch in left arm after vaccination
I have taken covishield vaccine on 27th May. It's already been 10 days. But from yesterday afternoon I notice a red patch just below that area. Photo is attached. There is no pain or swelling as of now. Do I need to take any medication. Please suggest.
